What You Will Learn
This 330-hour program of learning is delivered in just 17 weeks, giving you the comprehensive knowledge and the practical skills to participate in building, growing, automating and managing websites and CRM systems. The program includes the following specialized courses
Marketing Automation (90 hours)
Learn how to design and execute automated marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales. This course provides a complete overview of marketing automation tools and techniques, including contact segmentation, lead scoring, and performance tracking.
Key skills:
- Understand the role of marketing automation in digital strategies
- Design and build automated workflows
- Manage contact databases and segmentation
- Measure campaign performance through dashboards and reports

Hands-on projects:
- Develop a user journey and lead scoring system

Basic HTML Programming (120 hours)
Gain essential web development skills with a focus on HTML and content management systems. You’ll learn to build websites from scratch, customize WordPress sites, and create email templates that support marketing campaigns.

Admissions Requirements
To be admitted to the program, you must:
- Have a secondary school diploma (i.e., B.C. grade 12 high school diploma, B.C. Adult Graduation Diploma, General Education Development, or equivalent secondary school completion from another jurisdiction)
Mature student applicants:
- Applicant is 19 years or older at the start of the program and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who cannot access their educational records or provide sufficient evidence of secondary or post-secondary education as outlined above:
- applicant provides attestation that they have completed at least three years of full-time instruction in English in a country where the English is one of the principal languages, and
- Applicant completes an Accuplacer English Assessment (Next Generation: Reading, Writing and WritePlacer) and achieves the following minimum scores:
- Reading: 235
- Writing: 235
- WritePlacer: 4
Prior to acceptance applicants must meet at least one of the following English language proficiency requirements:
- Completion of 2 years of secondary education (including English 10 and 11 with a grade of ‘C’ or higher) from a country where English is one of the principal languages, or
- Completion of 2 years of full-time post-secondary education at an accredited institution where English is the language of instruction, or
- Provide verified results for one of the English language proficiency tests listed below.
Test results must be dated no more than two years before the start date of the program. - IELTS – minimum overall band test score of 5.5
- CELPIP Listening 6, Speaking 6, Reading 5, and Writing 5.
- TOEFL iBT – minimum score of 46
- PTE Academic – minimum score of 43
- Cambridge Main Suite Exams – B2 First – Minimum overall score of 160 or grade C
- CAEL – minimum score of 40
- Duolingo – minimum overall score of 95
- Applicants must meet admissions requirements and have sufficient financial support to complete the program. Admissions requirements cannot be waived by the student or Cumberland College.
