Valued Skills Bursary Program

Cumberland College introduced the VALUED SKILLS BURSARY program in an effort to promote higher learning. This bursary program provides you with the opportunity of receiving up to $8000.00* to acquire highly valued skills in the fields of Digital Marketing and Cybersecurity.

In addition, Canadian citizens and permanent residents may be eligible to receive financial aid; please contact our admissions team to assess your eligibility.

*Digital Marketing = $5000.00, AI For Business Data Analytics = $6000.00, and Cybersecurity = $8000.00, speak with our admissions team to review all the conditions.

Conditions of the VALUED SKILLS Bursary Program

Attend an online interview with our Director of Admission

This will allow us to ensure all candidates receive the full information before they apply for admission

Only Canadian citizens or permanent residents are eligible

Cumberland College is not authorized to accept international students

Maintain a minimum attendance of 80% in all courses

This is to comply with PTIRU regulation

Provide a short video explaining how these new skills will help them achieve their goals

This video will be shared on our social media pages

Apply for admission before Dec. 31, 2026 and start studying on February 2, 2026 or February 9, 2026
